Had a frustrating stay where I couldn't get room service despite multiple attempts. I rushed back from an event only to find the kitchen closed early. After a long drive, I just wanted a quiet night in, but ended up wandering for food instead.

Fabulous food, overall excellent value place.

Early check-in, late check-out, updated room with a lovely clean bathroom, cleanliness of the units, as example. Location close enough to transport, shops and sports venues, basketball court and Sunshine and Gold Coast motorways. Also, to QSAC stadium.

The stay here was fine for 1 night. The breakfast selection was sensational with take away coffee and fresh fruit, as example.

The villa was super spacious and really great for a family! Loved the comfy beds and the kitchen had all the essentials we needed. Plus, it's super close to Nissen Arena, making it easy to catch events. The restaurant was a win, especially since they were open on Good Friday, which saved us from scrambling for food.

Sadly, the experience wasn’t all good. You really feel the isolation as there aren't any shops nearby unless you're willing to pay for taxis. We also had some maintenance issues - like a broken chair and empty soap dispenser. Plus, the daily room service was non-existent, which was a bit frustrating. not ideal for a fun getaway.

I will be back thanks to very central location. Thank you for a very lovely stay for 1 night. 27 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to Nissan stadium. The staff are attentive, managed the parking on site.

The spacious apartment-style room was well-equipped with a microwave and ample parking just steps away. The serene parkland setting provided peace after a long drive, and the pool and BBQ facilities were great for family bonding. While breakfast service had a hiccup, overall, we found it comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff were attentive right from check-in, making the process smooth and quick. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessities, including a full-sized refrigerator. I slept soundly on the large, comfortable bed, which was a pleasant surprise for me, as I often struggle to get a good night’s rest while away from home.

I recently stayed for a week while working in Brisbane, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and I had some of the best sleep in ages. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant offered tasty meals. I'll definitely return!

During my recent stay, I appreciated the quietude, as my room was well away from the road, providing a perfect retreat. The provided database was useful and user-friendly, allowing easy access to essential information about the amenities.

I was disappointed to find that the room did not match the luxury descriptions; it had a musty odor and lacked the promised bathrobes.
